While the event is active

Every photo is stored in original quality for the whole upload window and gallery viewing period of your plan. See the per-plan table.

After the gallery locks

When the viewing period ends, the gallery locks for guests but nothing is deleted. Free events are kept for a further 12 months after locking, during which the host can download everything or upgrade to unlock. After that they become eligible for removal. Paid plans keep photos for their storage duration; the current figures are on the pricing page under Storage duration.

Whatever the plan, download your ZIP when the event is over and keep your own copy. We are a collection point, not your only archive.

Deleting a single photo

From Manage Event Gallery; see delete a photo. Removal is immediate and permanent.

Deleting an event

Open the event, click Settings, scroll to the Danger Zone and delete. This removes the gallery, guestbook, RSVP data and the PixelFind index for that event. It cannot be undone and a paid plan on the event is not refunded by deleting it.

Deleting your account

Go to your profile, choose Edit Profile, and use Delete Account at the bottom. This deletes your events with it. Download first.

Requests on behalf of a guest

A guest who wants their photo or message removed should ask the host, who can do it in seconds. If a guest cannot reach the host, they can contact us and we will verify and act. Data-subject requests under GDPR and similar laws are covered in the privacy policy.
