Refund Policy

Digital Product Policy

EventPixel is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Due to the digital nature of our AI-powered event processing, refunds are not provided once an event has been created and our services have been provisioned. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

Failed Transactions

In the event of a payment failure where your account was debited but access was not granted, we will initiate a full refund. Refunds for failed transactions are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment source (credit card, debit card, UPI, or bank account). To report a failed transaction, please contact us immediately at support@eventpixel.app with your transaction ID or UTR number.

When Refunds May Be Considered

Refund requests outside the failed-transaction scenario will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • A demonstrable technical failure on our end that rendered the service completely unusable.
  • Duplicate charges caused by a payment gateway error.

Accidental Renewals

If you are on a recurring subscription and forget to cancel before your renewal date, please contact us within 48 hours of the charge. We will review your request and, provided no new events have been created in the new billing cycle, may issue a credit or refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Post-Event Usage: Once your event date has passed and the service has been delivered, no refund will be issued.
  • Partial Usage: If premium features (e.g., AI face recognition, unlimited uploads) have been used, the corresponding fees are non-refundable.
  • Policy Violations: Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
  • Change of Mind: We strongly encourage you to review our feature set and pricing before purchase, as change-of-mind refunds are not issued for digital products.
