Hosts and co-organizers can remove any photo from the gallery. Guests cannot delete their own uploads after sending, so if a guest asks, you do it.
Steps
- Open the event and click Manage Event Gallery.
- Tap a photo to select it. Keep tapping to select several.
- Click the delete action and confirm in the Delete Photo(s)? dialog.
What happens
- The photo disappears from the guest gallery and the live photo wall straight away.
- It is removed from PixelFind face search results.
- It is not included in future ZIP downloads.
- There is no trash folder. Deletion is permanent, so download a copy first if you are unsure.
Moderation before photos go live
Photos appear as soon as they are uploaded; there is no approval queue. For events where that is a concern, keep the gallery open on a laptop during the event and remove anything unwanted within seconds of it appearing, or turn off Show QR code on the wall and share the link only with people you trust.
