Alongside photos, the event site has a guestbook with two parts: Leave a Message for typed notes and Leave a Voicemail for recorded audio.
For guests
- Open the event link and scroll to the guestbook section, or tap the guestbook button on the upload page.
- Message: type a name and the note, tap Send Message.
- Voicemail: tap Start Recording, allow microphone access when the browser asks, speak, then Send. Guests can re-record before sending.
For hosts
On the event dashboard under Your Guestbook, click Read Messages or Listen to Voicemails. Voicemails can be played and downloaded as audio files.
Plan availability
Both parts of the guestbook, typed messages and voicemails, are paid features. On a Free event the Messages and Voicemails toggles under Manage Features are shown but locked, with an upgrade prompt. Every paid plan includes both.
Turning the guestbook off
Under Manage Features you can hide the messages or voicemail sections from the event site if you do not want them.
