As the host you can pull every photo out of EventPixel at any time in original quality.
Steps
- Open the event in your dashboard.
- Under More Event Actions, click Request Zipped Folder.
- Confirm. The dashboard shows how many photos it found and packages them into a
.zip. - Keep the tab open while it packages; the download starts when it finishes.
How long it takes and how big it is
A few hundred photos take under a minute. A large wedding with several thousand photos can produce a multi-gigabyte archive; do it on Wi-Fi from a laptop rather than a phone. If the browser interrupts a very large download, run it again; nothing on the server changes between runs.
Individual downloads
In Manage Event Gallery you can select photos and download just those, or open one photo and use the download icon.
Plans
The original-quality ZIP download is included on every paid plan. On Free, photos can be downloaded individually. Guests can also download photos from the gallery unless you turn that off; see guest downloads.
Do it before the viewing period ends
When the gallery viewing period ends the gallery locks for guests, but nothing is deleted and the host can still download. Even so, download once the event is over and keep your own copy. Retention details are in photo retention.
