A co-organizer gets access to the event dashboard from their own account, so a partner, planner, photographer or the friend running the slideshow does not need your password.
Steps
- Open the event in your dashboard.
- Under More Event Actions, click Add Co-Organizer.
- Enter their email address and send the invitation.
- They receive an email with an accept link. If they do not have an EventPixel account yet, they create one with that email address during acceptance.
How many co-organizers can I add?
It depends on the plan: 1 on Free, 2 on Small Event, 3 on Mid-Sized Event, unlimited on Large Event. The current table is on the pricing page under Co-hosts.
What a co-organizer can do
Everything you can do inside that one event: manage the gallery, read messages, change settings, download photos. They do not see your other events and they cannot change your account or billing details.
Removing one
Open the same Add Co-Organizer panel; existing co-organizers are listed there with a remove action.
