Plans are one-time payments per event. There is no subscription and no renewal to cancel.
Steps
- Open the event in your dashboard. If it is on Free, the card at the top says You're on the Free plan with an Upgrade button.
- Choose Small Event, Mid-Sized Event or Large Event. The comparison is on the pricing page.
- Pay by card, or by UPI and other local methods in India. Prices are shown in your local currency; see currencies and payment methods.
- You are returned to the dashboard with the plan applied.
What changes the moment payment completes
- The 100-photo cap is removed. Guests who were blocked can retry.
- Upload window and gallery viewing period extend to the plan's length, counted from your event date.
- Plan features unlock: ZIP download, voicemails, all templates, password protection, and on Mid-Sized and Large, unlimited PixelFind. Small Event does not include PixelFind, so a free event's preview stops if you pick Small; choose Mid-Sized if guests have been using it.
- Your QR code, links and existing photos are unchanged.
Moving between paid plans
You can upgrade from Small to Mid-Sized or Large later from the same place. Contact us if you need to move an existing purchase between two events; we handle that by hand.
Multiple events
Each plan covers one event. Photographers, planners and venues running many events should look at the partner programme and the professional plans on the organizers page instead of buying per event.
