Not included on Free

Unlimited uploads, the original-quality ZIP download, the guestbook (typed messages and voicemails), full RSVP management, password protection, all templates and the animated designs, and the longer windows. Note that Small Event does not include PixelFind at all; Mid-Sized and Large do. The pricing page has the line-by-line table.

What happens at 100 photos

The 101st upload is refused and the guest sees a message that the event is running on free limits and the host can lift the cap. Nothing already uploaded is affected. Upgrade from the dashboard and the guest can retry straight away.

What happens after 14 days

The guest gallery locks with a notice that the viewing period has ended and all photos are safe. You keep dashboard access and can download everything. Upgrading unlocks the gallery for guests again.

Is Free enough for a real event?

For a dinner of 20 or a small birthday, yes. For a wedding, no: 100 guests produce several hundred to a few thousand photos in an evening. Run the free event to set up and test, then upgrade before the day.
