Payment failed but I was charged

This is usually a bank authorisation hold that releases on its own within a few days. If the plan did not apply to your event, contact us with the event name, the amount and the last four digits of the card or the UPI reference. Failed-transaction refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Charged twice

Duplicate charges from a gateway retry are refunded in full. Send both references and we sort it the same day.

Bought the wrong plan or the wrong event

Contact us before the event date. Moving a purchase to a different event, or applying the difference towards a higher plan, is handled by hand and is normally straightforward.

Change of mind: the 14-day window

You can get a full refund if all three are true: you ask within 14 days of purchase, your event date has not arrived, and you have not started using the plan (no real uploads, no QR code or link shared with guests, no PixelFind searches or downloads). Outside that window, or once the plan has been used, no refund is issued. Printed QR cards are non-refundable once printed or shipped. The full text is in the refund policy. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days of review.

Event cancelled or postponed

Postponed: change the event date under Edit Event Details; the plan follows the new date. Cancelled: contact us and tell us the situation.

How to reach us fastest

The contact form or, from the dashboard, Support. Include the event name and payment reference in the first message; it saves a round trip.
