Responses land in one place: open the event and click My Guest List / RSVP / Registrations.

What you see

  • Guest Details: name, and contact details if you collected them. Edit inside Details corrects any field.
  • Party Of: how many people the guest is bringing, including themselves.
  • RSVP Status: Attending, Not Attending or Maybe.
  • Notes / Messages: anything typed in the note field.
  • Question Responses: answers to your custom questions, such as meal choice.
  • My Notes: your own private notes on a guest. Guests never see these.

Filter and search

Use Filter By to show only Attending, Not Attending or Maybe, and Search Guest to find one name. The headline numbers for attending and not attending update as responses come in.

Export a CSV

  1. Click CSV Actions at the top right of the guest list.
  2. Choose export. The file downloads as guest-list-<event>.csv with Name, Party Of, RSVP Status and Notes.
  3. Open it in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. Sum the Party Of column filtered to Attending for your headcount.

Following up

There is no automatic reminder email; most couples do this from the group chat. Two weeks before the event, filter to everyone who has not responded (they will not be on the list at all) by comparing against your invitation list, then send one message with the event link. Guests who reply in the chat instead of on the form can be added by hand.

Who can see responses

You and your co-organizers. Guests never see other guests' responses or contact details.
