You have two routes: the print designs inside your dashboard, which come with your QR code already placed, or the free sign generator on the website, which works without an account.
Route 1: print designs in the dashboard
- Open the event and click Print Designs (or Create QR Prints on the QR card).
- Choose a design: welcome signs, table cards and guestbook-style prompts are all there, each with your QR code placed.
- Edit the headline and instruction text. Keep the instruction literal: "Scan to add your photos to our album".
- Download the PDF or PNG and print.
Route 2: the free sign generator
The wedding photo QR sign generator makes a printable sign from any link. Paste your upload link, pick a style, download. Useful when a planner or printer is making the signs and does not have dashboard access.
Sizes and quantities that work
| Item | Size | How many |
|---|---|---|
| Welcome sign | A4 / letter, or A3 on an easel | 1 at the entrance, 1 near the bar |
| Table card | A6 / 4x6 in, folded tent | 1 per table |
| Insert card | Business card size | 1 per place setting or in the favour bag |
Paper and printing
Any home printer is fine for A6 cards on 200 gsm card. For A3 signs, a copy shop costs a few dollars and gives you a sharper code. Matte paper scans better than gloss under venue lighting.
