Your QR code is generated the moment the event exists. It encodes the upload link, so a guest who scans it lands directly on the page where they pick photos.
Download the plain code
- Open the event in your dashboard.
- In the Event URL & QR Code card, click Your QR Code.
- Download the PNG. It is high resolution and prints cleanly at A4 or letter size and above.
Download it inside a designed sign
Click Create QR Prints or go to Print Designs. Pick a table card, welcome sign or tent card, adjust the wording, and download a print-ready file with your code already placed. There is also a free wedding QR sign generator that works without logging in.
Good to know
- The code does not change. Upgrading, renaming the event or editing the design leaves it untouched. Print as early as you like.
- Keep the quiet zone. Leave white space around the code at least as wide as one of the corner squares. Codes printed edge to edge on a dark background scan badly.
- Add one line of text. "Scan to share your photos" next to the code roughly doubles scans compared with a bare code, in our experience at events.
