Physical QR cards start in your dashboard: EventPixel gives you the print-ready file, you print it at home or hand it to any print shop.

Get the print-ready file

  1. Open the event and click Print Designs.
  2. Pick a design. Your event QR code is placed automatically, so it cannot be the wrong code.
  3. Customise the names and the instruction line.
  4. Download the print-ready PDF.

This is free on every plan, including Free, and works anywhere in the world. There is also a free sign generator on the website that needs no account.

Refunds on printed items

PDFs are free, so there is nothing to refund. The refund policy notes that printed and shipped items are non-refundable once produced; that line covers any printed product we may fulfil.
