Your event website's look is a template plus a colourway plus two fonts. All three can be changed at any time without touching your content or your QR code.
Steps
- Open the event and click Customizer under Manage My Event Site.
- Choose Design in the sidebar.
- Pick a template. The preview on the right updates live. A lock on a template means it needs a paid plan; clicking it opens the upgrade options.
- Under Colorway, choose one of the template's palettes. The Designer pick is the one the template was built around.
- Set Heading Font (titles and names) and Body Font (paragraphs and details).
- Save. Changes are live for guests straight away.
Custom colours
Below the colourways you can override individual colours: Primary Accent (main buttons and highlights), Secondary Accent (borders and secondary buttons), Background Base, Surface Background (cards and inputs) and Text Primary. A few templates do not support colourways and use these custom colours only; the panel says so when you select one.
Which templates are on which plan
Free events get the starter designs for their event type. Every paid plan, including Small Event, unlocks all templates, including the five animated designs. Wedding events currently have 36 templates to choose from; birthdays, parties and corporate events have their own sets. Browse them without an account on the templates page.
Switching later
Switch as often as you like. Your story, schedule, photos and RSVP settings carry over; only the look changes. If you switch from a template with a section another lacks, that section is hidden, not deleted.
